Hamelin Road, Illawong

The renovation included a complete re design of the ground level to incorporate a living area, a double bedroom with ensuite and a laundry. There was a general paint and finishes make over to the first level including a re design to the bathroom. The front of the house was rendered and a new balcony designed and installed.
