Our Projects

Cooper has undertaken a plethora of small projects and has a vast amount of experience completing maintenance work for various councils over the past 10 years, some of which include;

• City of Sydney Council (Brookfield Integrated Solutions)

• Georges River Council

• Strathfield Council

• Randwick Council

• Bayside Council

• University of Technology (UTS)

• Sutherland Shire Council

Many projects completed for the above clients include works that occur in live environments. A multitude of projects completed for council\s generally occur at community centres, pools, theatres, various town halls, depots and other venues managed by council.

Cooper has also undertaken works on a City of Sydney/Brookfield carpet panel whereby we are required to liaise with stakeholders and Facility Managers in order to replace floor coverings generally in an environment that is not live but active during normal business hours. This has required Cooper to be working generally at night and/or weekends in order to limit any business interruption and meet the expectations of the end users. We believe Cooper has generated a good reputations through many successful floor covering projects for the City.
